Sorry ppl I haf to postpone the blogging about the Lift Upgrading by a week.. Y cause I haf to post bout the E-Learning week this coming days and today's Nasi Goreng Pattaya..


The best Nasi Goreng I haf ever tasted.. Although making it is hard.. My mum still want to try making it..


First, she haf to thaw and defrost the chickens...




Then she haf to thaw the crab sticks and peas... Hmm, delicious combo..




And the obvious, cook alot of rice.. I mean ALOT!!




After putting ingredients after ingredients, the rice is done.. Now I haf to cook an omelette egg and put the rice on top of it..



And voila!! Nasi Goreng Pattaya..



To top it off, add some liquidified chilli on it..






And u are ready to chow down on it.. Happy Eating!!
