It's really very rare that I get angry. Maybe I am nice or simply too stupid to get angry, but when I get angry, I, well, get very frustrated with being angry.

Definitely, I can say that being in a state of anger is never a good feeling, and worse come to worse, you make some rash decisions that would jeopardise your well being.

But then, you can't do anything to get out of that state, because irrational thoughts start setting in and you just want to do something, ANYthing!

Also, it's really bad for my heart. Yep, I may have hereditary heart disease. So I should start learning how to get out of anger fast.

Note: Just a post to show that I am still here, though I tried deleting my blog initially. But well, just... couldn't give it up.
