Sypnosis: A digital voice begins nararating the Destiny Plan. Basically, it takes in everyone's strength and weakenesses and puts them in the role must suited for them, hence their Destiny. Through this way, conflict between man will cease to exist, and so would such horrors like war. In Shin and Rey's quarters, Shin remarks how amazed and startled that the Chairman would pull something like this. Rey reminds him he shouldn't be surprised, he already knew of this ahead of time. Rey tells Shin that he was chosen by Dullindal to pilot Destiny to help protect this plan.
Suddenly Lunamaria goes to the door and calls out for Shin. Rey interupts her and tells her to go away. Shinn asks Rey what he was doing. Rey says that things will be tougher from now on, just like what Shinn said before. He tells Shinn that there will always be opposers to changes. And when they won't listen, they cannot be saved. He mentions the extended (Stellar) and flashes back to Rau's defeat by Freedom. In order to prevent all that they must fight on. Suddenly Rey starts feeling pain. He stares at his hand and clentches his fist (same action Rau has done in Gundam Seed). He tells Shinn to be strong and protect the chairman and the world. Rey struggles to stand up and goes to the bed. He tells Shinn that it is man's only hope. Shinn asks Rey what's wrong and Rey responds Nothing loudly. He opens a drawer next to the bed and takes out a pill box. He shakes out 2 of them and quickly swallows them. His breathing becomes heavy and he falls asleep.
Lunamaria continues walking around on the ship disapointed. Talia and Arthur begin arguing on the bridge again. Talia gets upset that Arthur is constantly bugging her what to do. Talia says that there is nothing they can do about it and tells him to pay attention to the ship.
On Earth, Cagalli begins talking to some of the other Representatives about rejecting the Destiny Plan. She says that she feels that there are others who feel the same way as them, such as the Scandinavia Kingdom. The world is in chaos after the destruction of Logos and the other countries are unsure. Cagalli says that there is no way that they will let the world appeal to Dullindal's plan. She says that they must protect ORB's ideals no matter what.
Waltfeld in the Eternal, with plenty of ZAFT escrots begin talking to Murrue on the Archangel. Waltfeld says that there are mixed feelings about the Destiny Plan and Murrue says tjhat's to be expected. Murrue says that everyone could be lulled by Dullindal's promise of no wars and happiness. Athrun asks about ORB, and Miriallia says that they are in chaos as well. They agree that Dullindal will take his plan further, and when the time comes they must fight again.
Rey has begins regained conciousness, with Shinn by his side staring at the Pill box. Kira begins voicing out Dullindal's Plans, because they can only fight since it's the only way. Lacus replies that they must fight, for people's dreams and plans for the future, which is the reason for living. If those are taken away, then they are only hollow shells. The future is what they must fight for with their lives, and hence they will fight on.
On the Requiem cannon, several ZAFT ships act as escorts. Dullindal orders the Requiem cannon be charged earlier, and that they will only fire it once. He tells them to start the test. He asks a ZAFT officer next to him if there are any changes in the response to the Destiny Plan. He responds there are none and the countries that have clearly taken a side on this is ORB and Scandinavia Kingdom. He also reports that there are activies on the Arzachel Base because of Cagalli's stance. We see EA ships begining to launch.
The Earth Alliance president has requested contact with the Chairman. He says that Copeland must be in a tight spot. He says that even though he's not as good as Cagalli, Logo's interference is gone now. Dullindal says that they will commence the attack on Arzachel and that ORB will be next. He remarks that anyone against the plan is against mankind.
Talia gets contacted about Arzachel and that they must move in. Rey finally awakens and sits back on his chair. Shinn says that he can't believe the Earth Alliance is still fighting back and then looks away from Rey. Rey tells him that his pains earlier were nothing. He says that was nothing new and tells Shinn not to think about it. He tells Shinn no matter what he must believe in the Chairman and everything will be alright.
The Requiem cannon begins to power up. Dullindal gives the okay to fire. Shinn says that Rey is acting strange, like an old man before he dies. Rey says that he will tell Shinn the truth, he doesn't have a future. He has a problem with his telomeres (google it out). He says with a smile, that he is a clone. Shinn's response is very shocked and surprised as he gasps. Suddenly Requiem fires and is detected by the Minerva, coming from the Daedelus base. They detected it's target to by Arzachel. Arthur is in shock and says if that is controlled by ZAFT. Talia responds ofcourse it is. The beam destroys the ships and the Arzachel base. The Earth Alliance president is among one of it's casualties.
Lunamaria approaches the door again and asks if it's okay to come in. Shin answers the door and apologizes about earlier. Kira and Athrun run to the bridge of the Archangel to catch the news. The entire Earth Alliance fleet was now wiped out. Athrun compares it to the power of GENESIS, and how it can target any place on Earth. Lacus asks Murrue to contact ORB and that they will meet with the Eternal. She tells them to please hurry. Lacus says that those against Dullindal will die. Dullindal demands that Rey and Shin and their units be transported to where he is. Lacus says that there is no way to avoid fighting now. Athrun and Kira agrees. Lacus tells them to go.
Luna talks with Shin and says their transfer was a bit hasty. Shinn says that he is really sorry. Vino runs out and yells to Shinn and Luna that Arzachel has been destroyed by Requiem. Rey says that there were resistant activity and the Roland team attacked. Rey says that the Archangel will come next. The Archangel begins it's power up and launches. Waltfeld in the launched Eternal says that the Real Songstress is Returning and the Code Name was Placelle, the ZAFT escorts appear again. Rey says that they must take them down for sure, to protect the future. Two ORB escorts ships (tone down Izumo-classes?) and the Kussangi appear and launch, the Archangel launches from the port as well.
Review: Quite alrite for now. Only like the part where the ships gather around Eternal, showing the might of the "Clyne Faction".
