Sypnosis: Shin returns to the Minerva and is immediatelly put into handcuffs by ZAFT MPs. He is brought to Talia and Arthur for questioning. Talia asks Shin why he commit such an act. Shin replies that what he did was not wrong and doesn't understand why he needs to be punished. He overheard Talia's talk with the doctor and about further experimenting on her. He thinks that this girl doesn't deserve this kind of fate. Talia explains his actions were punishable by death, but instead him and Rey will be locked up. The MPs escort Shin into the Prison Cell, where Shin sees Rey in the cell next to his. Shin apologizes and Rey says theres nothing to apologize for.
Athrun also sneaks into the cell and has a chat with Shin. Athrun says that it doesn't matter as long as she's an enemy and added something about her killing their fellow ZAFT soldiers (flashback to Heine's death). Shin retorts that she isn't the one to blame for his death. Shin and Athrun get into a heated argument until Rey tells them to stop.
In Russia, the Earth Alliance and a large ship are moving. Neo in his Windam declares his identification and boards with Sting and Stellar in a bed. Sting doesn't seem to remember Stellar. Destroy is seen in the background. Neo goes to have a shower with his Visor and clothes off. We see the scars that are apperant in the third OP.
The Archangel launches out of the Ocean, in a snowing climate much like Russia. The ORB soldiers confirm their alliance to Cagalli and calls the Seylans idiots. Kira is seen looking out of the Archangel, as Murrue appears. Kira seems to be upset about fighting Athrun in Phase 28. Murrue tells him that it's alright (which reminds him of Lacus saying it, well me anyways).
Neo, Sting, and Stellar stare into Destroy. Stellar is set to be the pilot of Destroy and is forced to kill again. Stellar activates the Destroy, which has a new Gundam acronym, the "Gigantic Unilateral Numerous Dominating AMunition"- Fortress. The Minerva gets an announcement about releasing Rey and Shin. Sting and Neo also launch in their respective units escorting the Destroy. Shin and Rey are released. Vino and Youlan are happy to see him, but alas Athrun is hesistant. Shin says some cocky words about Athrun having no suit.
Meanwhile, Destroy is easily slaughtering the ZAFT BuCUEs, Landships, and ZUooTs. Later, a batch of Babis and DINNs also get destroyed along with many civlians. The Archangel gets an emergency broadcast about Destroy. The Minerva also gets a broadcast. Kira goes immediately to launch. Shin also prepares to launch.
Review: Destroy in action. It looks pretty spiffy. Athrun getting owned by Shin ^^ And best of all, Murrue x Kira action!
